AUDIT & RISK MANAGEMENT SOLUTIONS is currently looking for 3 Project Administrators to join the Training Division.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support for all projects,
- Create and maintain project management templates,
- Coordinate and schedule project meetings and workshops,
- Preparing project reporting packs and presentation packs,
- Take minutes in meetings, follow up on project action plans,
- Capture all the projects deliverables on the appropriate templates,
- Maintain the record management system for projects,
- Consolidate data and prepare reports for consideration and presentation for the project manager,
- Update project management dashboard for all projects,
- Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining record management system,
- Preparing tender documents/tender packs (Completing tender documents, scanning tenders to USBs CDs and to the server),
- Arranging travel and accommodation,
- Generating of certificates,
- Attending project queries,
- Printing and scanning documents,
- Uploading learners on the system,
- Handling Leave Planner,
- Filing Documentation,
- Scheduling both internal and external trainings,
- Data Capturing,
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Office Administration

- Registry skills
Abilities:
- Organised
Experience:
- 1 – 2 years experience as Administrator
