AUDIT & RISK MANAGEMENT SOLUTIONS is currently looking for 3 Project Administrators to join the Training Division.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support for all projects,
  • Create and maintain project management templates,
  • Coordinate and schedule project meetings and workshops,
  • Preparing project reporting packs and presentation packs,
  • Take minutes in meetings, follow up on project action plans,
  • Capture all the projects deliverables on the appropriate templates,
  • Maintain the record management system for projects,
  • Consolidate data and prepare reports for consideration and presentation for the project manager,
  • Update project management dashboard for all projects,
  • Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining record management system,
  • Preparing tender documents/tender packs (Completing tender documents, scanning tenders to USBs CDs and to the server),
  • Arranging travel and accommodation,
  • Generating of certificates,
  • Attending project queries,
  • Printing and scanning documents,
  • Uploading learners on the system,
  • Handling Leave Planner,
  • Filing Documentation,
  • Scheduling both internal and external trainings,
  • Data Capturing,

  • Office Administration

Skills:

  • Registry skills

Abilities:

  • Organised

Experience:

  • 1 – 2 years experience as Administrator
