The Mpumalanga Department of Cooperative Governance and Traditional Affairs invites qualified candidates to apply for the post of Assistant Director: Public Participation and CDW (Complaints Management System).

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complaints management system.
- Analyse districts CDW reports, prioritise trends and provide recommendations thereof.
- Compile monthly, quarterly and annual reports.
- Advise on possible solutions to community problems and compile feedback reports.
Requirements:
- A Senior Certificate and a National Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in Public Management / Administration or equivalent qualification.
- A minimum 3 years’ experience in Public Participation.
- Knowledge of all relevant Local Government and public service legislation and regulations is essential.
- Computer literacy and a valid driver’s license.
