The purpose of this role is to provide SAP authorisations and GRC technical skills and support across the SPAR Group, at a senior level.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensuring SAP authorisation support calls on CRM and Share Point are resolve in line with SLA
• Responsibility for role testing in the QA system i.e., drafting test scripts for UAT, creating new tester profiles, assigning access
• Main GRC duties include but not limited to resolving violations by proposing mitigations and agreeing with business, loading agreed mitigations and GRC technical

• Raising change requests, following up requests and checking transports for role changes on SAP Solution Manager
• Responsible for building new roles in line with SPAR authorisations methodology across all SAP environments
• Researching and applying best practice and sound authorisation techniques to formulate a different authorisation role design strategy and implementation

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Knowledge of the different authorisation strategies and role design is essential
• Understanding the SAP 3 tier landscape is essential
• Strong in Excel and able to use formulas and have data sorting skills
• General business process knowledge is advantageous

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:

• Relevant tertiary qualification
• 6 years’ SAP authorisations experience is essential with SAP certification/SAP Academy (Authorisations/Security)
• 6 years’ SAP GRC experience is essential with SAP certification/course
• 4 years’ SAP knowledge and experience, specialising in the SAP applications/modules is essential e.g., DB/MDG/ EWM/BI/BW/Fiori/CAR/Solman
